We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Receptionist / Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle front-desk responsibilities while supporting the sales team with administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain reception area cleanliness and organization

Sales Administration

  • Support the sales team with quotations, invoices, and documentation
  • Maintain customer records and sales data
  • Coordinate with internal departments for order processing
  • Follow up with clients on inquiries and documentation

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a receptionist, sales coordinator, or sales administrator
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask and work independently

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the UAE
  • Background in sales support or administration
