Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Listing Agent to join our high-performing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate listing, market knowledge of Abu Dhabi, and a passion for client service. You will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and marketing property listings across Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and secure new property listings (residential and/or commercial)
• Build strong relationships with property owners, developers, and landlords
• Conduct property evaluations, market research, and competitive analysis
• Prepare and manage listing documents and ensure accurate property data
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings through various channels
• Maintain regular communication with clients and provide market feedback
• Keep updated on property market trends and pricing in Abu Dhabi

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a real estate listing agent (UAE experience) required
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• RERA certification (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Highly motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
