We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day to day travel operations and ensure smooth delivery of all tours and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end to end operations for group tours and FIT packages
• Coordinate with vendors, hotels, transport partners, and guides
• Ensure timely execution of itineraries and customer deliverables
• Handle trip logistics, bookings, confirmations, and troubleshooting
• Monitor service quality and implement process improvements
• Track budgets, payments, and operational reports

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience in travel operations
• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Hands on knowledge of tour management and supplier handling
• Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work under pressure
• Knowledge of international destinations and travel procedures
