Job Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming spare parts and materials
- Maintain proper inventory records for truck and heavy equipment parts
- Issue spare parts to mechanics and technicians as per job requirements
- Monitor stock levels and report low or fast-moving items
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and housekeeping of the store
- Coordinate with purchasing and garage supervisors
- Prepare daily and monthly inventory reports
Requirements:
- Experience as a storekeeper in truck or heavy equipment workshop/garage
- Knowledge of spare parts (engine, hydraulic, electrical, chassis, etc.)
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory systems)
- Organized, honest, and detail-oriented
- Ability to work independently
