About the Role

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager at V Hotel, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the Restaurant Manager in leading daily operations. You’ll help drive service excellence, inspire the team, and ensure our restaurant runs smoothly, profitably, and with flair.

What You’ll Be Doing?

  • Assist in managing day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring outstanding guest service and product quality
  • Support cost control, budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability
  • Help implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and up-selling strategies to maximize revenue
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and service trends, proactively addressing opportunities for improvement
  • Lead, coach, and motivate team members through training, feedback, recognition, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure full compliance with health & safety, and alcohol awareness standards
  • Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new team members
  • Step into the Manager role when required, confidently leading the team

What We’re Looking For?
