Job Summary

We are an NVOCC shipping company looking for an experienced Operations Executive to handle daily operations using Dubai Trade Portal and DP World (Jebel Ali) systems. Candidates must have strong experience in operations and coordination with MLOs / vessel operators for slot bookings.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage NVOCC line and container operations
• Handle tasks on dubai trade Portal
• Operate DP World systems
• Coordinate with MLOs and vessel operators for slot allocation
• Liaise with agents, transporters, and customers
• Ensure smooth container movement and documentation

Requirements

• 3+ years’ experience in NVOCC or shipping operations
• Mandatory experience with Dubai Trade Portal
• Hands-on experience with DP World systems
• Experience dealing with MLOs / vessel operators for slot bookings
