We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our Interior Design & Fit-Out office in Dubai. The candidate will support business development by generating leads, meeting clients, and assisting in securing interior design and fit-out projects across residential and commercial sectors.

This role is ideal for someone at an early or mid-stage of their sales career who is eager to grow in the interior design and construction industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads for interior design and fit-out projects.
• Visit sites and meet potential clients to understand requirements.
• Assist in preparing quotations and proposals with the office team.
• Follow up with clients via calls, emails, and meetings.
• Support the sales process from lead generation to deal closure.
• Coordinate with design and project teams for smooth handover.
• Maintain a basic record of leads and client interactions.
• Support repeat business and referrals from existing clients.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of sales experience (interior design, fit-out, construction, or related field preferred).
• Basic knowledge or interest in interior design and fit-out projects.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to work on targets.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
• UAE driving license preferred (not mandatory).
• English required; Arabic is a plus.
