The Customer Service Executive is responsible for ensuring a positive and smooth experience for patients and visitors at Padra Medical Centre by handling inquiries, appointments, registrations, and service-related concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients and visitors courteously and assist them with registrations and inquiries
- Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in queries related to services, doctors, and timings
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and internal departments to ensure smooth patient flow
- Address patient complaints and escalate issues appropriately for quick resolution
- Maintain accurate patient records in the Hospital Management System (HMS/CRM)
- Explain hospital services, procedures, and billing-related information clearly to patients
- Support billing and insurance coordination as required
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, patient confidentiality, and service standards
- Collect patient feedback and support service quality improvement initiatives
