Job Description:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Supervisor Cum Driver to join our cleaning company. The selected candidate will be responsible for transporting cleaning staff, equipment, and materials to client locations while supervising daily cleaning operations to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive company vehicle to transport staff, equipment, and supplies safely and on time
• Supervise cleaning staff at work sites and ensure tasks are completed as per company standards
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, and work performance
• Coordinate daily schedules and job assignments
• Ensure proper use and handling of cleaning equipment and materials
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the company vehicle
• Report operational issues or client feedback to management

Requirements:

• Valid driving license
• Previous experience in driving and/or supervising staff preferred
• Basic knowledge of cleaning operations is an advantage
• Good communication and leadership skills
• Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
