Job Summary
The Reservation Assistant supports the reservations team by handling booking requests, maintaining accurate records, and assisting customers to ensure a smooth and professional reservation process.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and processing reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms
- Enter and update booking details accurately in the reservation system
- Provide customers with basic information on services, vehicle options, and pricing
- Coordinate with operations to confirm availability of vehicles and chauffeurs
- Handle booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests
- Prepare daily reservation schedules and assist with dispatch coordination
- Maintain organized customer and reservation records
- Support customer service activities and respond to inquiries professionally
- Assist in resolving minor customer issues and escalate when necessary
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or certificate in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or related field
- Experience in customer service or reservations preferred (entry-level candidates may apply)
- MS office computer skills ,Mails and familiarity with booking systems
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
