Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations and maintenance of a residential building. This role is ideal for fresh Mechanical Engineering graduates who want to start their career in Facilities Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating maintenance activities for MEP systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
  • Support preventive and corrective maintenance works.
  • Coordinate with technicians, contractors, and service providers.
  • Attend and follow up on resident service requests.
  • Assist in inspections of common areas and building services.
  • Maintain maintenance records, reports, and documentation.
  • Support health, safety, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory)
  • Freshers are welcome to apply.
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC and building services preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in Facilities Management.

Preferred Skills:

  • Basic understanding of MEP systems
  • MS Office knowledge
  • Team player with positive attitude
