We are looking for a reliable and proactive Operations Executive / Admin to support daily operations and administrative activities for our Maintenance, Construction, and Fit-Out projects. The role involves close coordination with site teams, management, clients, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily maintenance, construction, and fit-out activities.
- Follow up with site teams on work progress and schedules.
- Prepare and manage quotations, work orders, LPOs, invoices, and reports.
- Maintain proper project documentation and records.
- Coordinate material requests, deliveries, and suppliers.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal departments.
- Assist with authority approvals and compliance documentation when required.
Requirements & Skills:
- Minimum 4 years of UAE experience in a similar role within maintenance, construction, or fit-out companies.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Strong teamwork, positive attitude, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
- Well-organized with strong follow-up skills.
