Key Responsibility:
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock checks and Audits
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date inventory system, parts are easily located
- All parts are stored according to manufacturer guidelines to prevent damage.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to order parts.
- Follow up with suppliers to track orders and ensure timely deliveries.
- Identify fast-moving or high-demand parts and stock orders
- Verify the part numbers and quantity against the purchase orders and GRN.
- Assist with processing warranty claims documentation and refund is arranged
- CRM system records and 100% and correct inventory
- Invoice parts internal, external customer & responsible for external sale
- Arrange second hand parts and aftermarket to keep the cost low all the time
- Prepare estimates for the workshop and external customer
- Order workshop consumables and maintain stock levels
Qualifications:
- Basic math and literacy skills MS office, works and excel etc.
- Computer literacy for managing parts inventories and processing orders – CRM
- Automotive Parts Management Certification or knowledge of automotive parts and catalogs.
- Any Automotive ITI, Diploma, Engineering or worked as Technician
