Customer Happiness Consultant (UAE Nationals Preferred)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Customer Happiness Consultant to join our team. This role involves handling and entering data quickly and accurately, ensuring our records are always up-to-date and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter data provided by customers or internal teams with speed and accuracy
• Verify and correct information by comparing it to source documents
• Update existing records to keep data current and correct
• Retrieve customer or account details when needed
• Review source documents for completeness before data entry
• Use keyboards or scanners to input data into the system
• Follow internal procedures and suggest process improvements
• Handle all data with confidentiality and care

Requirements

• UAE Nationals preferred
• With or without prior experience in Tadbeer
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Fast typing skills; experience with data entry tools is a plus
• Trustworthy and capable of handling sensitive information
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in data entry or customer service is an advantage
