Duties & Responsibilities

As Accountant & Business Support Officer, your primary responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

A. Accounts & Finance

· Maintain accounting records, purchase bills, petty cash, and reconciliations.

· Prepare invoices, statements of accounts, and follow up for collections.

· Monitor pending purchase orders and payment schedules.

B. Sales & Order Processing

· Prepare and follow up on quotations and order status.

· Process Purchase Orders (POs), Sales Orders (SOs), Invoices, and Delivery Notes.

· Support business reporting and sales report preparation.

C. Administration & Documentation

· Handle company documentation control and filing systems.

· Manage vendor registrations and compliance paperwork.

· Provide support for office administration tasks.

D. Marketing & Client Support

· Draft marketing introduction emails and coordinate marketing materials.

· Support customer visits, supplier engagement, and vendor communication.

· Ensure timely customer response and professional engagement.

E. Operations & Logistics

· Coordinate deliveries, collections, and supplier follow-ups.

· Provide operational support to management and sales teams.
