Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and approach passengers/customers courteously at designated taxi zones.
• Provide clear directions and assistance in finding and boarding the appropriate taxi.
• Coordinate with taxi dispatchers and traffic controllers to manage vehicle flow and reduce wait times.
• Ensure orderly queuing and maintain safety at taxi pick-up points.
• Handle customer inquiries regarding transport options, fares, and travel routes.
• Assist elderly passengers, people of determination, and those with heavy luggage as needed.
• Report any incidents, customer complaints, or unusual situations to supervisors immediately.
• Stay updated on taxi regulations, fare structures, and service changes.
• Maintain a presentable appearance and represent the brand and Dubai’s hospitality standards positively.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and handle high volumes during peak travel/shopping hours.
