Overview of the role:

We are looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager for our Industrial Equipment team. This role plays a critical part in executing integrated marketing activities including events, product promotions, digital marketing, agency coordination, and budget tracking, ensuring alignment with brand standards and business objectives.

Based in Dubai, the role works closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver timely, high-quality marketing initiatives that support sales, customer engagement, and brand visibility in the market.

What you will do:

  • Support the rollout and adaptation of marketing campaigns across multiple industrial brands in line with approved master visuals.
  • Plan and execute events, exhibitions, product launches, showroom activations, and customer engagement activities
  • Coordinate with creative, PR, media buying, and digital agencies to deliver marketing projects on time and within budget
  • Work closely with KSA business heads to develop and execute monthly marketing plans covering sales support, launches, events, and social media
  • Assist with digital marketing activities, including website updates, social media management, reporting, and content calendars
  • Coordinate photo and video shoots for digital and offline marketing channels
  • Manage POS material planning, procurement, and inventory control
  • Track and manage marketing budgets, supplier quotations, LPOs, invoicing, and campaign spend
  • Support campaign and event reporting, providing insights and performance analysis to the Senior Marketing Manager

Required skills to be successful:

  • Strong coordination and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Solid understanding of B2B marketing, preferably within industrial, automotive, or heavy equipment sectors
  • Experience working with external agencies and suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage budgets, track spend, and work closely with finance and procurement teams
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance and market trends
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic
