Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Proven experience as a Call Center Agent (experience in a medical center is preferred)
  • Valid UAE residence visa (mandatory)
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Good communication skills in Arabic (English is an advantage)
  • Good computer skills and ability to use appointment/CRM systems
  • Professional attitude and patient-focused approach

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and make outgoing calls for Azal Medical Center
  • Speak to patients politely, clearly, and professionally
  • Provide accurate information about doctors and medical services
  • Book, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments
  • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and services
  • Promote medical services, offers, and health packages professionally
  • Encourage patients to visit the medical center
  • Update patient details and appointment records in the system
  • Handle patient inquiries or complaints calmly and respectfully
  • Follow the medical center’s policies and instructions
