Job Summary
We are currently seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our Front Office Team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience.
Key Responsibilities
– Welcome guests warmly and handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
– Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns in a courteous and timely manner
– Manage reservations, room allocations, and guest profiles accurately
– Handle telephone calls, emails, and other guest communications professionally
– Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
– Process payments, billing, and cashiering duties according to hotel procedures
– Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area
Qualifications & Requirements
– Must be locally available and able to attend a personal interview
– Previous experience in a hotel front office is required
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude
– Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
– Basic computer skills; knowledge of hotel PMS systems is a plus (Opera)
– Well-groomed, professional appearance
