Position Summary:

The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing professional and efficient guest services, including check-in, check-out, and handling guest inquiries. The role ensures adherence to hotel policies and standards while coordinating with relevant departments to support a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in process.
  • Handle reservations, room assignments, and payment processing.
  • Provide information about the hotel, its services, and local attractions.
  • Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints.
  • Maintain accurate guest records, including updating profiles and billing details.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to fulfill guest requests.
  • Ensure the front desk area is tidy, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Hospitality degree or certification
  • Previous experience in guest relations or a related field
  • Knowledge of local attractions and events

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
