We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our real estate team. This role requires strong market knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties in accordance with their requirements.
• Conduct property viewings and provide professional guidance on market conditions and property values.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of Dubai real estate market trends, communities, and legal requirements.
• Negotiate and close deals professionally while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with developers, landlords, and clients for smooth transactions.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of Dubai experience in Real Estate.
• Strong understanding of the UAE real estate market, RERA laws, and brokerage procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Presentable, professional, and customer-focused.
• RERA Certification is an advantage.
