Café Manager

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Café Manager to manage daily café operations, staff, and customer service. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of managerial experience in the UAE café or restaurant industry and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day café operations efficiently
  • Supervise and train baristas, kitchen, and service staff
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Handle staff scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
  • Monitor inventory, ordering, and stock control
  • Manage cash handling, POS reports, and daily sales closing
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and company standards
  • Resolve customer complaints professionally
  • Coordinate with management on sales targets and promotions

Requirements

  • Female / Male candidates both can apply
  • Minimum 3 years experience as a Café Manager / Restaurant Manager in the UAE (mandatory)
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Good knowledge of café operations, coffee service, and basic food handling
  • Experience with POS systems and reporting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
