- Greet guests in a warm and courteous manner and present menus.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar.
- Serve meals and beverages with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and addressing any issues or requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service areas, and the dining environment.
- Work closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments.
- Support the team during busy hours and assist with room service or banqueting (if required).
- Maintain knowledge of the menu, daily specials, and hotel offerings to upsell when appropriate.
Requirements
- Previous experience working as a waiter/waitress in a hotel, resort, or fine-dining environment is required.
- Strong understanding of hospitality service standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
- Good personal hygiene and well-groomed appearance.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and handling payments.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- English proficiency required; additional languages are a plus.
