Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, facility engagement, and business growth within the healthcare sector. The role requires expertise in healthcare marketing, regulatory-compliant promotion, and strategic market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Promote medical services, specialties, and healthcare programs ethically and in compliance with healthcare regulations
- Manage digital marketing initiatives including website content, social media, SEO, and online campaigns
- Plan and execute branding, advertising, and patient outreach programs
- Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, competitor analysis, and patient demographics
- Collaborate with medical, operations, and management teams to support service expansion
- Manage marketing budgets and prepare performance reports
- Build and maintain relationships with referral sources, corporate clients, and community partners
- Organize health awareness campaigns, events, and promotional activities
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare or medical services
- Strong knowledge of healthcare marketing regulations and ethical standards
- Proven experience in digital marketing, branding, and campaign management
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
