We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to assist with project planning, execution, and timely delivery across teams. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track, resources are well-managed, and communication remains clear and effective throughout all phases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities and support the project team to meet deadlines.
  • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
  • Assist in managing resources and project documentation.
  • Maintain effective communication between departments and stakeholders.
  • Support with administrative tasks related to project execution.
  • Experience in handling payroll will be considered an added advantage.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to focus and perform under pressure.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Candidates who are proficient in Gujarati will be given priority.
