Minimum 1-2 Years of Operations in a Travel Industry Experience is a must (Non-Experienced Candidates will not be shortlisted)

Core Tasks

  • Making bookings, managing payments, arranging vehicle hire, ensuring all travel elements are in place.
  • Liaising with hotels, restaurants, and vendors, holding them accountable for service.
  • Responding to queries, managing complaints, providing briefings ot Tour Guides
  • Co-ordination with the team (sometime after hours for urgent responses)

Essential Skills

  • Strong organization, multitasking, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication for client and supplier interaction.
  • Knowledge of travel operations, destinations, and luxury travel (for specialist roles).
  • Problem-solving for emergencies and complex queries.
