Full job description
Minimum 1-2 Years of Operations in a Travel Industry Experience is a must (Non-Experienced Candidates will not be shortlisted)
Core Tasks
- Making bookings, managing payments, arranging vehicle hire, ensuring all travel elements are in place.
- Liaising with hotels, restaurants, and vendors, holding them accountable for service.
- Responding to queries, managing complaints, providing briefings ot Tour Guides
- Co-ordination with the team (sometime after hours for urgent responses)
Essential Skills
- Strong organization, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication for client and supplier interaction.
- Knowledge of travel operations, destinations, and luxury travel (for specialist roles).
- Problem-solving for emergencies and complex queries.
