Key Responsibilities
– Manage day‑to‑day schedule of executives; coordinate meetings, travel, and appointments.
– Prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations; ensure documents are accurate and on time.
– Handle confidential correspondence and prioritize tasks with minimal supervision.
– Liaise with internal teams, clients, and vendors; act as point of contact for information requests.
Requirements
– Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role.
– Excellent command of English; Hindi is a plus.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills; proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace.
– Discreet, professional, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
