Location: Downtown, Dubai, UAE | Full-time

We are a boutique firm (5–10 staff) active in real estate, travel, and immigration services. We are looking for an experienced, professional and organized Secretary to provide day-to-day administrative and office support. The role requires flexibility, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling client and company matters.

Responsibilities

  • Manage correspondence (calls, emails, letters) and act as the first point of contact.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Draft, format, and review documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Support logistics for small team events and client meetings.
  • Maintain company and client files (licenses, contracts, immigration documents).
  • Working knowledge of the UAE business environment, including the ability to independently navigate and use government portals such as the Department of Economic Development (DED), Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (MOHRE), and Dubai Land Department as part of day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Handle phone subscriptions, utilities, internet, and office supplies/repairs.
  • Act as point of contact with banks, landlords, and service providers.
  • Support real estate paperwork (Ejari, MOUs, tenancy contracts).
  • Assist with travel itineraries, bookings, and visa coordination.
  • Organize immigration client documents and liaise with partners/law firms.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years’ admin/secretarial experience in Dubai preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (Arabic a plus).
  • Proficient in MS Office; organized and service-oriented.
  • Discreet and professional with client information.
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems.

Compensation

  • Competitive basic salary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
