We are seeking a Female HR Assistant (Non-Arabic) to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in HR Assistant, preferably within the real estate industry, with a strong focus on recruitment and general HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including:
- Posting job advertisements
- Screening CVs
- Coordinating interviews
- Following up with candidates
- Support HR daily operations such as:
- Employee onboarding and offboarding
- Maintaining and updating employee records
- Preparing HR documents, letters, and reports
- Assist with attendance tracking, leave management, and HR filing
- Coordinate with different departments regarding HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as required
Requirements:
- Female candidate only
- Non-Arabic speaker
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an HR Assistant or similar role
- Previous experience in recruitment is a must
- Experience in the real estate sector is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Higher Education required)
- Currently residing in Abu Dhabi
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law basics
- Experience using recruitment platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
