Key Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet customers, help them find products, answer basic questions, and direct them to sales staff.
- Showroom Maintenance: Keep displays neat, clean, and well-stocked; dust, sweep, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Inventory & Stock: Receive, unload, and organize deliveries; restock shelves; assist with inventory counts.
- Display & Merchandising: Help set up and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring proper presentation.
- Sales Support: Assist sales team during busy times, prepare samples, and potentially process simple orders or payments.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items.
- Organization: Detail-oriented with good time management.
- Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently with others.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent often required.
- Experience: Previous retail or customer service background is a plus.
