Showroom Helper

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Assistance: Greet customers, help them find products, answer basic questions, and direct them to sales staff.
  • Showroom Maintenance: Keep displays neat, clean, and well-stocked; dust, sweep, and ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Inventory & Stock: Receive, unload, and organize deliveries; restock shelves; assist with inventory counts.
  • Display & Merchandising: Help set up and maintain attractive product displays, ensuring proper presentation.
  • Sales Support: Assist sales team during busy times, prepare samples, and potentially process simple orders or payments.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Customer Service: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Ability: Capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting items.
  • Organization: Detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work efficiently with others.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent often required.
  • Experience: Previous retail or customer service background is a plus.
