Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary customer contact during delivery, ensuring clear and professional communication.
  • Load, transport, and install furniture safely and efficiently according to company standards.
  • Conduct pre-delivery and post-installation checks to verify product condition and placement accuracy.
  • Assemble furniture and fixtures with precision, following brand guidelines and customer requirements.
  • Identify and report any damages, defects, or installation challenges immediately.
  • Collaborate with drivers, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Proactively address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction before completion of each job.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of company vehicles and equipment.

Requirements

  • High school certificate or equivalent.
  • 1- 2 years of experience in delivery, assembly, or installation ideally within the luxury furniture or home decor sector.
  • Proven carpentry or assembly experience is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license preferred
  • Ability to handle furniture safely and efficiently under time constraints.
