We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Assistant – Generalist to support our Human Resources department. This role is essential in assisting with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Key Responsibilities:

– Support compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
– Previous experience in HR or administrative roles is an advantage.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (considered a plus).
