Qualifications & Skills :

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles
  • Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional appearance and customer service mindset
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls and take accurate messages.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier services.
  • Maintain visitor logs, staff lists, and office records.
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and meeting rooms.
  • Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents.
  • Provide daily administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Support the HR department with day-to-day HR activities.
  • Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
  • Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
  • Update employee contact details and personal information.
  • Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.
  • Coordinate with staff for HR-related documents and requests.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Maintain soft and hard copies of company vehicle documents and update Excel records.
  • Maintain Etisalat and DEWA–related documents and coordinate on related issues.
  • Assist management and other departments as required.
  • Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.
  • Support travel arrangements, events, and other office tasks assigned by management.
