Qualifications & Skills :
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in receptionist/administration roles
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Professional appearance and customer service mindset
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls and take accurate messages.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails, mail, and courier services.
- Maintain visitor logs, staff lists, and office records.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and meeting rooms.
- Prepare letters, reports, and other office documents.
- Provide daily administrative support such as filing, scanning, photocopying, and data entry.
HR Assistant Responsibilities:
- Support the HR department with day-to-day HR activities.
- Assist in employee onboarding and exit formalities.
- Maintain and update employee files and HR records.
- Update employee contact details and personal information.
- Assist in attendance, leave records, and basic payroll support.
- Coordinate with staff for HR-related documents and requests.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain soft and hard copies of company vehicle documents and update Excel records.
- Maintain Etisalat and DEWA–related documents and coordinate on related issues.
- Assist management and other departments as required.
- Monitor office supplies and arrange replenishment when needed.
- Support travel arrangements, events, and other office tasks assigned by management.
