HR Officer

Job Description:
CEC Building Contracting LLC is looking for a Senior HR Officer with 3–5 years of experience in the construction industry. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manpower handling and in-depth knowledge of UAE labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee full HR operations for site and office employees
  • Handle recruitment, onboarding, and manpower mobilization
  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
  • Process visas, labor cards, medicals, insurance, and renewals
  • Coordinate with PRO for MOHRE and government transactions
  • Manage attendance, leave, and payroll coordination
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary cases, and grievances
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labor Law and company policies
  • Prepare HR reports and manpower status updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3–5 years HR experience in a construction company (mandatory)
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labor Law
  • Experience handling blue-collar and white-collar employees
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred:

  • Immediate joiners
  • Experience handling large manpower
