Telesales Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive with at least 1 year of experience in selling products through phone calls. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their needs, and converting leads into sales while maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell products
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and customer information
  • Handle customer objections professionally and close sales effectively
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
  • Coordinate with the sales and support teams when required

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales or product selling through calls
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals over the phone
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office
  • Good listening and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in outbound sales
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
