Administrative Responsibilities:

  • Handle reception and front-desk duties — greeting visitors, attending calls, and managing inquiries.
  • Maintain proper records of admissions, inquiries, payments, and attendance.
  • Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence for management.
  • Maintaining and updating client information databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
  • Coordinate between the teaching staff and management for smooth operations.
  • Creating and managing sales-related documents like quotations, invoices, and proposals.
  • Responding to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Support daily office administration, including filing, emails, and documentation.
  • Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming, and professional.
  • Providing support to other team with various administrative tasks as needed.
  • Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients through follow-ups and providing excellent customer service.
  • Tracking and reporting on monthly sales report
  • Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Can work under pressure.
