Administrative Responsibilities:
- Handle reception and front-desk duties — greeting visitors, attending calls, and managing inquiries.
- Maintain proper records of admissions, inquiries, payments, and attendance.
- Assist in preparing reports, schedules, and correspondence for management.
- Maintaining and updating client information databases, ensuring accurate and timely data entry.
- Coordinate between the teaching staff and management for smooth operations.
- Creating and managing sales-related documents like quotations, invoices, and proposals.
- Responding to inquiries from clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
- Support daily office administration, including filing, emails, and documentation.
- Ensure the office environment is organized, welcoming, and professional.
- Providing support to other team with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through follow-ups and providing excellent customer service.
- Tracking and reporting on monthly sales report
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction.
- Can work under pressure.
