Role Overview

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow the digital presence of multiple brands under our umbrella. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and understands how to tailor content and strategy to suit each platform and audience within a B2B context.You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving engagement, generating qualified leads, and nurturing a loyal online community. Success will be measured by performance across lead generation, web traffic, engagement metrics, retention, and advocacy.Key

Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute tailored social media strategies for each brand in alignment with overall marketing and commercial goals
  • Create platform-specific content calendars (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and ensure consistency in tone and visual identity.

Content Creation & Management

  • Ideate, design, and publish engaging content including posts, videos, reels, stories, carousels, and articles
  • Develop and deliver high-impact creatives
  • Oversee community management by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner

Campaign Execution

  • Lead and manage integrated social media campaigns to drive engagement, lead generation, and brand loyalty
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales and Operations to support product launches, events, and seasonal campaigns

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, and others
  • Deliver regular reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations
  • Use data to iterate and optimize ongoing campaigns and content strategy

Innovation & Trends

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and digital trends
  • Experiment with new formats and emerging platforms to enhance visibility and impact

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of experience managing multi-platform social media for B2B brands
  • Proven success in using Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn for business outcomes (especially lead gen and engagement)
  • Strong understanding of content marketing, digital funnels, and brand building
  • Ability to manage multiple brands and accounts simultaneously
  • Excellent communication skills with strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability
  • Proficiency in social media tools and analytics platforms
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, operations)
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai

Desirable Skills

  • Video editing or graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva)
  • Familiarity with paid social media advertising
  • Experience in emerging or niche product sectors
