We are currently looking for a reliable and presentable Admin/Receptionist to be the face of our office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally and courteously
- Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
- Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation
- Organize and maintain office supplies and records
- Support the team with scheduling and appointments
- Ensure the reception and common areas are neat and welcoming
Requirements:
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
- English language proficiency (Basic Arabic is an advantage)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
