Full job description

We are currently looking for a reliable and presentable Admin/Receptionist to be the face of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors professionally and courteously
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and handle general inquiries
  • Manage daily administrative tasks and office documentation
  • Organize and maintain office supplies and records
  • Support the team with scheduling and appointments
  • Ensure the reception and common areas are neat and welcoming

Requirements:

  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, internet)
  • English language proficiency (Basic Arabic is an advantage)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
