We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial interior fit out projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will coordinate between clients, designers, and site teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor project timelines, progress, and handovers.
• Coordinate with designers, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Review and understand drawings, BOQs, and technical details.
• Prepare and present timely project reports and status updates.
• Ensure quality standards, cost control, and on-site safety compliance.
• Maintain strong client communication and handle day-to-day site requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven 5 years of UAE experience in residential and commercial interior fit out works.
• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid UAE Driving License required.
