We are seeking a professional, highly organized, and dynamic individual to join our team as a Secretary. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This role may require overseas travel, providing support in various locations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with a high level of professionalism.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain a well-organized filing system and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and company events.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female only
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Appearance: Attractive and professional appearance.
- Travel: Willingness to travel overseas as required.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Education: A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
