We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
- Manage office reception area and maintain records
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative tasks
- Receive and distribute couriers and documents
- Support HR and administration teams as required
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized, presentable, and customer-focused
- Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
