Receptionist

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a welcoming and well-organized front office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing emails and correspondence
  • Manage office reception area and maintain records
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with administrative tasks
  • Receive and distribute couriers and documents
  • Support HR and administration teams as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma (preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Executive
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized, presentable, and customer-focused
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities efficiently
