Role Overview:

The Fit-Out Coordinator will oversee on-site coordination between contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of interior fit-out works.

Key Responsibilities:

-Coordinate daily site activities with contractors and suppliers

-Monitor work progress and report to the Interior Design Manager

-Ensure execution aligns with approved drawings and specifications

-Coordinate material deliveries and installations

-Assist in snagging, inspections, and handover processes

-Attend site meetings and prepare site reports

-Ensure compliance with Dubai authority and building management requirements

Requirements:

-Minimum 1 year of fit-out experience in Dubai

-Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works and sequencing

-Experience working with consultants, contractors, and authorities

-Ability to read drawings and specifications

-Strong communication and coordination skills

-Valid UAE experience is mandatory

-Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
