Responsibilities:

  • Office Management:
  • Oversee daily office operations.
  • Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
  • Communication:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
  • Coordinate internal and external communication effectively.
  • Record-Keeping:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
  • Meeting and Event Coordination:
  • Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics.
  • Administrative Support:
  • Provide support to executives and teams as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including photocopying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Human Resources Assistance:
  • Assist with the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and processing paperwork.
  • Support HR with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Financial Administration:
  • Process invoices and expense reports.
  • Assist with budget tracking and financial record-keeping.
