Job Summary:
The Credit Card Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling credit card products to potential customers. The role involves identifying customer needs, explaining product features and benefits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell credit card products to new and existing customers
- Identify potential customers through leads, referrals, and field sales activities
- Explain credit card features, benefits, fees, and eligibility criteria clearly to customers
- Assist customers with application forms and ensure accurate documentation
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Follow company policies, compliance standards, and ethical sales practices
- Keep records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of applications
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (graduate preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of banking or financial products is an advantage
- Willingness to work in field sales or target-driven environments
