We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor – Home Healthcare to oversee and streamline daily operational activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the Home Healthcare services.
• Ensure effective scheduling and deployment of nurses, caregivers, and medical staff.
• Monitor service quality, patient satisfaction, and adherence to clinical and operational standards.
• Coordinate with medical, nursing, billing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, internal policies, and quality standards.
• Handle operational issues, escalations, and patient concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate operational records, reports, and staff attendance.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance monitoring of home healthcare staff.
• Assist management in process improvements and cost-control initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in Home Healthcare settings.
• Strong knowledge of DHA regulations and UAE healthcare compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage teams, multitask, and work under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office and healthcare management systems.
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
