We are currently seeking a professional and personable Host/Hostess (Hoster) to join our front-of-house team and be the first face our guests see when they visit our restaurant.
Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, waiting lists, and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus.
• Coordinate with waitstaff to ensure smooth guest flow and timely service.
• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
• Handle guest inquiries, provide accurate information, and assist with special requests.
• Keep the reception and entrance area clean, organized, and presentable.
• Communicate effectively with the restaurant manager and service team.
• Uphold TFD service standards to ensure a memorable guest experience.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Host/Hostess or in a similar guest-facing role.
• Previous experience in a UAE or GCC restaurant or hotel is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident, and customer-focused personality.
• Professional grooming and presentation.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Proficiency in English or other languages are a plus
