We’re hiring an in-person Sales & Customer Service Manager to lead the showroom client experience, drive sales, and coordinate smooth service across appointments, digital channels, and returns.

Key Responsibilities

  • Host and manage in-person showroom appointments end-to-end
  • Provide styling + fit guidance, know product measurements, and upsell/cross-sell confidently
  • Manage client support in person and across digital channels (email/WhatsApp/DMs as applicable)
  • Process returns/exchanges and maintain a return reasons tracker by product/SKU
  • Liaise with Fulfilment, Operations, and Accounting to align on dispatches, exchanges, payments/refunds, and urgent requests
  • Prepare weekly and monthly trade reports

What You Can Bring

  • 3-5+ years of sales experience in luxury fashion sales/clienteling (showroom/boutique environment)
  • Arabic is a must (English required)
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to match recommendations to client needs (stylist mindset)
  • Confident working towards sales targets and KPIs
  • Warm, polished, service-first approach with strong discretion
  • Highly organized, proactive, and calm under pressure
  • Proactive follow-ups and strong attention to detail
  • Computer literacy (trackers/reporting; Shopify/POS experience is a plus)
  • Detail-oriented problem solver with a strong sense of urgency
