Full job description

We are looking for an Accounts & Admin to manage day-to-day accounting and administrative operations efficiently. The candidate should be proactivedisciplined, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Handle customer inquiries and prepare Sales Quotations, Sales Orders, and Invoices.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and clients regarding payments and deliveries.
  • Handle office administration, filing, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with suppliers to obtain pricing and delivery timelines and update management accordingly.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including payments and receipts.
  • Send Statements of Account (SOA) to customers and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Support management with daily operations, follow-ups, and reporting.
  • Manage petty cash and prepare expense reports.

Requirements:

  • Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all records.
  • Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and accounting software.
  • No specific degree required; knowledge, discipline, and attitude are most important.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Maintain professional behavior, punctuality, and respect in the workplace.
  • Avoid unnecessary mobile phone usage during working hours and remain focused on assigned tasks.
  • Be responsible, disciplined, and respectful in communication.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience preferred (not mandatory).
