Sales Executive

The ideal candidate will actively generate new business, build long-term partnerships, and consistently increase occupancy and revenue across our holiday home units.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, approach, and onboard local and international travel agents
  • Develop corporate sales accounts (companies, embassies, project teams, consultants, event companies, etc.)
  • Build partnerships with tourism companies, tour operators, and destination management companies (DMCs)
  • Generate direct bookings through own clientele, referrals, and repeat clients
  • Explore collaborations with property management companies and relocation firms
  • Actively source long-stay, group, and bulk booking opportunities

Account & Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing agents, corporate clients, and partners
  • Negotiate rates, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines
  • Ensure proper account follow-ups, renewals, and upselling opportunities
  • Handle client inquiries professionally and convert leads into confirmed bookings

Revenue Growth & Targets

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Increase non-OTA revenue share (direct & B2B book
  • Support revenue optimization by aligning sales strategy with pricing and availability
  • Provide market feedback on competitor rates, demand trends, and opportunities

Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with Reservations, Guest Relations, and Operations teams to ensure smooth booking execution
  • Ensure all bookings are correctly entered into the PMS (e.g., Hostaway or equivalent)
  • Maintain an updated sales pipeline and client database

Submit regular sales reports covering:

  • Leads generated
  • Conversions
  • Revenue achieved
  • Active accounts and partnerships
  • Key Sales Channels Covered
  • Travel Agents (Local & International)
  • Corporate & Business Clients
  • Tourism Companies & DMCs
  • Management & Relocation Companies
  • Direct Clients & Referral Network
  • Long-stay & Group Bookings

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in sales or business development (hospitality, holiday homes, hotels, serviced apartments, or real estate preferred)
  • Strong network or ability to build connections with travel agents and corporate clients
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skill
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and proactive
  • Strong follow-up and relationship management skills
  • Comfortable with CRM systems, PMS platforms, and reporting
  • Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Valid UAE driving license preferred

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Monthly revenue generated from direct & B2B sales
  • Number of new travel agents and corporate accounts onboarded
  • Conversion rate of leads to confirmed bookings
  • Growth in repeat and referral clients
  • Contribution to overall occupancy and ADR improvement
