Community Officer

What You’ll Do

  • Build, manage, and grow a vibrant online and offline community
  • Develop and execute community engagement strategies
  • Plan and host interactive events and digital activations
  • Create compelling content for social and community platforms
  • Listen, engage, and advocate for the community’s voice internally
  • Track, analyze, and report community growth and engagement metrics

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with digital platforms (social media, community tools)
  • Experience in content creation and storytelling
  • Basic design and video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are a plus
  • Demonstrated success in building or scaling communities
  • Passionate about people, culture, trends, and meaningful engagement
