What You’ll Do
- Build, manage, and grow a vibrant online and offline community
- Develop and execute community engagement strategies
- Plan and host interactive events and digital activations
- Create compelling content for social and community platforms
- Listen, engage, and advocate for the community’s voice internally
- Track, analyze, and report community growth and engagement metrics
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, Business, or related field
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with digital platforms (social media, community tools)
- Experience in content creation and storytelling
- Basic design and video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, CapCut) are a plus
- Demonstrated success in building or scaling communities
- Passionate about people, culture, trends, and meaningful engagement
